Hi all,
Wanted to test mamboserver out and after a long struggle to get a " Test Server " I was quick to emerge mambo and all it's dependancies.
I am wondering now if I was not to hasty ... |

Would i be able to start the installation of Mambo as in the documentation (from the Mambo site) or must I configure Apache first for PHP etc? |

Well the draft of the installation manual says:
Assuming you have a working apache web server, with PHP and a MySQL Database, you are on your way installing Mambo. So I would guess you need to setup apache, php and mysql first yes (they should be emerged already though (by the mambo ebuild)) |
