Need help resolving Ndiswrapper error -22 (IRQ CONFLICT)

Hey Guys,

I have a compaq m700. Got Gentoo on it at kernel 2.6.8. Ive emerged ndiswrapper and have the netgear driver installed, But when i go to 'modprobe ndiswrapper' I get the fallowing message

I have tryed rebuildling the kernel with LOCAL APIC and IO APIC and also played with my bios settings (their only 2 options in their about this, and I have upgraded my bios already)

Is their anything I can try to get this dang WRAPPER working. I need wpa to connect to my router but the prism54 driver doesn't support it yet.
