I manually build kernel results in unresolved symbols.
After logging in, this message appears:
modprobe: Can't locate module dabusb* which is needed for /dev/usb/dabusb*
There are also other "Can't locate module" such as sata.
What is a general method to fix them?
Linux is 2.4.26-r6 x86. |

Those aren't unresolved symbols as such... they're modules you either chose not to compile at all or chose to compile into the kernel.
If the former, you'll need to recompile with them enabled. If the latter, you can safely ignore any "can't load module" messages. |
