I have about 8000 users on my systems, and I use quotas to keep things under control. The problem am having is the large amount of bounced messages that quotas create. Often times, SPAM comes into my system with forged return addresses. Since most of the messages are SPAM, they can't be easily "bounced" without getting several thousands messages like this:

I am just curious to find how other admins handle this issue. What kind of sendmail options do I have to prevent forged messages from coming into the system?
