So I needed to upgrade Java to a masked Sun-JDK. After doing so Azureus errors out. (I updated to 1.5 JDK). It gives me some I/O error and upon looking at the output in a terminal it's clearly a Java problem.
I installed the same JDK in Windows and have the same problem with Azureus, leading me to believe that Java is indeed the culprit. So in an attempt to backtrack, I unmerged 1.5 Sun, re-merged the current version of blackdown which has been there on it's own for a while and re-merged Azureus. Same problem.
Could it be something with the Java path? I ran env-update and source /etc/profile but neither seemed to make any difference.
I don't know what to do as far as java-config or resetting the values, so any help would be nice. |
