Startup problem Gentoo Linux

Hello,

I just installed Gentoo AMD64 (dual boot with W2k)

It seems that I made a typo in the grub.conf file.
In the line: kernel / I made a typo in the kernel name.
I get grub when I restart the PC but it doesn't understand the 'kernel'-line. I now can only start windows and that is not what I want after 2 days of work.
Can I get linux started so that I can reach nano to correct this stupid mistake of mine? How?
