Hello!
I've got a really strange problem. The problem is that I can run idesk as root, but not as my regular user.
This is the error I get when I try to start it as my regular user:
Code: | bash-2.05b$ idesk
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::out_of_range'
what(): basic_string::substr
Avbruten (SIGABRT) |
Any ideas why I can start it as root, but not as my regular user?
Regards,
Marwin
Solution:
I found the problem! It was a picture that was located in my ~/.idesktop/ that wasn't a .png-file. So, it was to big for idesk. Therefor the "out_of_range" I think.
So, if you too got this problem. Try to remove all pictures in ~/.idesktop/ and try again. _________________ [ Never trust an operationsystem you don't have sources for ] |
