logging into windows server via nautilus/smb

When I view a network with smb:/// in nautilus, it will show me a list of computers on the network, including a file/print server we have. If i click on one of the computers, it will prompt me for a login/pass. If i click on the server, it simply tells me I cant login because i dont have the correct permissions. How do i go about logging into the file server?
