I'm having problems accessing the network with any KDE 3.3 applications. If I try to use konqueror, any web site returns the page:
If I try and log on to MSN with Kopete I get a similar unknown host error message. If I try and access my imap email server on the LAN by its hostname I also get an unknown host error. If I try and access the email server by IP address it works normally. Everything was working fine until today, and the only thing KDE related I have changed lately is the upgrade of kdepim to 3.3.0-r1. All non KDE programs are working as normal.
edit: Logging out and back in again has fixed it. |

I'm having the same problem. I've checked /etc/conf.d/net and various other files and can't seem to locate anything that is out of place. _________________ "When the gas runs out, just wreck it.. You insured the thing.."
