Okay well I have been pulling my hair out for the better part of a day and I decided I should just post and let the experts help.

First the break down.
I have a static IP address 24.129.184.110.
I used to have a working webserver dishing out a game called Alien Assult Trader with a domain of "aatrade.weirdave.com" for some reason after the hurricanes I cannot see the webserver externally. Hardware includes a cable modem/router and a Linksys wireless router. I HAD all the PCs behind the linksys before and it would work fine for some reason now I cannot see the webserver externally. I have set port forwarding in the linksys (80 to the internal IP of the server) and I have even tried setting the server IP as a DMZ in the linksys, nothing seems to work. I have messed with the settings on the gentoo server (webserver) and even gave it the static, removed it from the linksys and plugged it directly into the modem (zyxel)and made all the other PCs stay behind the linksys router with dynamics assigned to them. Still didn't work.

Any suggestions would be great.

WeirDave,

I can ping you and get the home page to load from the UK.

Can you browse it by IP number?
If so, your name resolution is broken

Well I am not sure what happened but it is fixed. I have no idea what I did. Currently I have the router set for port forwarding of 80 to the server and I have DMZ set for it as well. (Shrug) thanks for the replies.
