Hallo zusammen,
weiß jemand, wie bzw. wo man die Wiederholrate der Tastatur einstellt?
Bei KDE funktioniert es ja einfach im Kontrollzentrum.
Wenn ich jedoch ohne grafische Oberfläche oder auch in der Fluxbox arbeite, habe ich eine Rate, die etwa 5 Zeichen/s entspricht. Das finde ich jedoch arg langsam.

in meiner xorg.conf stand diese AutoRepeat zeile drinne, damit war es auch relativ langsam. Was die zahlen genau bedeuten, weiss ich nicht weil bei mir ein auskommentieren schon geholfen hat. |

Danke - hat geholfen!
Was mich jedoch wundert ist, das der Eintrag in der xorg.conf auch Auswirkungen auf die Shell also ohne GUI hat.
Ich glaube die Zahlen stehen für die Anschlagverzögerung (500ms) und der Wiederholrate (5/s) |
