Subject: Linux install / version of Tribes2
To whom this may concern:
I was wondering if you are considering releasing the Loki installer or
version of Tribes 2 again? If not how can we acquire this to play Tribes
2 in Linux. The Linux gaming community is growing and getting larger by
the day. I have also noticed that creating a Linux version usually is
just the executable due to the game using the same files for everything
else.
Thank You,
Now that was round one, 2 rounds in one day:

Getting the response wasn't a problem, they never addressed the version, Tribes2 for Linux not Vengeance. Big compnaies like that don't think we game on Linux. Maybe if they looked at the community and saw what we do to play games they may take it serious. My next email will be a long nice written (professional) letter to them and EA. |
