Hi,
I am here on a computer in a school, but i wanna chat with icq. to get into the internet i have to type in username and password to pass the proxy / firewall.

there's a kind of "web icq interface" on the icq.com website. icq2go if i'm not wrong; it requires only a java sdk to be installed iirc. anyway, pleeaaase always use the search function first. i bet you'd have found something.
EDIT: sorry i guess as an apprentice you know that by yourself; i'm just a little bit tired answering half of the new posts similar to this. there are _plenty_ o' (new) users who never heard of such a thing as a "search function" (sounds strange anyway does it)
