Hi!
Can somebody translate the following to english (...or german)?
Quote: | Ihania kesäretkia, kuulaita iltahetkiä! |
The sentence was written on a postcard and I wrote it on a birthday-card of a friend (cause nobody here understands finnish). I said it means something like "Happy Birthday" on finnish.
Now I want to know what it really means.
Thanks and Greets, Tobias |

"Lovely summertrips, clear evening moments!"
That "clear" means "clear and somewhat cold weather in winter". Trust me, it sounds WAY much better in Finnish. In fact, it's quite beautiful sentence IMHO.
Edit: And it rhymes (which is most important). _________________ Jouni Hätinen
