I had problems getting the java plugin to work with mozilla a while back, but after following this guide everything was hunky dory.
Give it a try - it all matches up well between firefox and mozilla. _________________ Django |

I followed all the steps in the guide and got the same results.
Judging by a Google Search, this is not a bug with Java, but perhaps with xorg-x11.
Code: |
NICK mystic # emerge jedit

>>> md5 src_uri ;-) jedit42source.tar.gz

>>> Unpacking jedit42source.tar.gz to /var/tmp/portage/jedit-4.2/work
>>> Source unpacked.

You have compiled X.org without "xprint". Recompile X.org with "xprint" enabled. This should fix last message.
P.S.
Blackdown JDK is less stable than IBM or Sun, why not use them?

I will install IBM or Sun Java later today, if that is the case. Which of the two do you prefer?
I will recompile xorg-x11 now. |

Thanks, USE="xprint" worked great. |
