https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?t=227002 As the post explains, you just have to add "-gdbm" into the USE array. I tried the other proposed solution (emerge perl two times, etc.), but the USE option is the only one that worked for me. Thanks, andreasw. I'm doing a Stage 2 installation.
