gkrellm escaping slit in fluxbox all of a sudden.

I had some hardware trouble with my dvd, so my desktop comp was out for a spin today. Now all of a sudden when I turn it on, gkrellm wont stick in the slit anymore. I compared my two comps, and they are both running identical versions of both gkrellm and fluxbox. If I start a gkrellm through the an ssh -X session, it sticks in the slit, but if I run it from this dekstop it doesnt, leading me to believe it is a problem with gkrellm and not fluxbox.

Does anyone have a clue. Deleting the gonfig files had no effect.
