yellow light in bitshadow client

I followed t5he instructions to open the ports i needed on my router but i am still getting a yellow light and very slow download speeds.
Can anybody help me?

Did you open the porte or forward them to the computer that is running bittorrent ?

If you did forward the ports, it can take some time for the yellow light to turn green. It only turns green if another user connects to your client.

I think I forwarded the ports. And I never get a green light, or a download of more than about 9kb/s
