For the last few days now I have been getting the following error in my mail log. Any clues? I have tried to look at the specific line and even re-emerging Spamassassin, but nothing has sorted it:

Code:

Sep 27 11:49:38 s_sys@foo spamd[1700]: Argument "\009481521^R{WA" isn't numeric in numeric l
t (<) at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.4/Mail/SpamAssassin/BayesStore.pm line 1267.

t (<) at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.4/Mail/SpamAssassin/BayesStore.pm line 1267.

I don't know what is causing this problem, but it might be related to a corrupt Bayes database. You could try to issue "sa-learn --rebuild" as the user spamd is running on, or try to move out your Bayes database (files : "bayes_seen" and "bayes_toks", and maybe "bayes_journal", IIRC) in order to make SpamAssassin recreate a new database.

Hope that helps.

Thanks so much for your advice, it worked! It makes sense also because I was checking other accounts but they were not affected only mine.
