this is probably a reaally stupid question, but, say i have a user on my system, we'll call it bob. now i want bob to be in the games group, while he's already in the audio groups and such. how do i modify the user bob to add him to the games group? _________________ ...it must have been very demanding having to learn how to use Microsoft Office, right up there with other lofty challenges like learning how to zip your fly without getting your dick caught. |

Easy, simply edit your /etc/group file and add bob to the games group line. Bob can be in as many groups as he is listed under. Seperate names with a , and no space. |
