Hi, everyone.

I am using udev-, yes, after several night's googling, I feel very convenient to use udev. Here is a small problem for me to sync my Tungsten T with sync cable -- Notice, no cradle at all.

when I plug TT into usb port, the jpilot( or kpilot ) will notify me that data link connected, and then I should push HotSync button to continue...

but, there is NO Hotsync button to push.

What should I do ?

Did you hit the large hot sync icon in the middle of the screen when you go into the hotsync program on the palm. That is the same thing as hitting the hotsync bottom on a cradle

Thanks for your advice.

However, if I plug TT into usb port, directly, udev will create /dev/tts/USB0 or USB1 for this device.

If I push the big icon in the middle of the screen, there is no /dev/tts/USBx at all, let alone the sync.
