openoffice 2.1 segmentation fault

By accessing my document with an inserted image object, i 've clicked on it and then i have a segmentation fault.
oowriter2 suddenly disapear.

When executing it from the console, i have this :

I have also problems with openoffice, especially with images and tables, which are pasted in openoffice writer.

They disarpear or the the tables are moved some lines up or down.
If i create a pdf, sometimes the layout is false, the placement of the tables,...

It's anoying, i have to check every pdf, which i create, the hole pages, if everything is shown at the right place.

I use amd64
