Meine Webcam OV511+ und xawtv wollenl net ...

Hallöle !

Hab hier gerade xawtv emerged und nu will ich es starten und es kommt folgende Meldung :

Kernel is ja oben ersichtlich, Lämpchen an der Webcam leuchtet, wird beim Start auch gefunden.

Einer ne Idee ?!

Ist die Webcam denn auch /dev/v4l/video0 ?

Was sagt denn dmesg ?

devfs oder udev?

Komisch ... jetzt grad beim Hochfahren geht das Lämpechen an der Webcam nicht mehr an. Isse wohl putt ?! Unter Mandrake will sie aber ...

Hey ! Habs selber gelöst ! Man sollte auch den V4L-Support und den Support für die eigene Kamera mit in den Kernel backen
