Post your favorite mod along with a link here. I'm curious what mods people are running. I'm still looking for a good coop mod.

I guess I'll start by listing this mod I found on slashdot.org. It's called the ductape mod that will allow you to use your flashlight and weapon at the same time (only works for the shotgun and machinegun).

One mod I think is pretty neat is the Allied Marine Squadmates mod; it was on a magazine cover CD so I made the pk4 lower case and uploaded to my webspace. Basically, it allows you to spawn friendly marines with the spawn command in console, which makes the game loads more fun. The AI is a little rusty, however. Be sure to read the Allied_marines.txt.

Technically not a mod, but Trite Breeding Facility is a really good single player level for Doom 3. It's pretty damn difficult, though.
