Hello, Iwould like to build a server with my own songs which are in my hard disk. I would like that my friends could listen what i'm listenning at the same moment with winamp/xmms. Do you know any aplication? i've read something about icecast but it is for being a server of shout cast music isn't it?
Now i'm trying without any success with shoutcast-server-bin but i can't connect, if here i can't get any other way then i'll post another discussion aabout my problem with shoutcast-server but by the time i wait your suggestions.

Use icecast2 for ogg streaming. I've had good success with
the oddcast plugin for xmms. It will recode and stream
the ogg data to the icecast server. |
