I am following the Desktop Guide and I have installed,
Courier-IMAP/APACHE/PHP/SSL/MUTT/POSTFIX as default,
but the error I am getting SquirrelMail is this.
As I emerge squirrelmail it jumps into the config while I am emerging it.
THIS IS VERY WERID. I have done this before and squirrelmail builds before I can configure it. I have tried configuring and not configuring Squirrelmail and quit out and saving my data.
I get this error with all ebuilds squirrelmail

Line 42 is this

you can go do as root :
cd /usr/tmp/portage/
cp -R squirrelmail-1.2.8 /home/httpd/htdocs/
chown -R apache /home/httpd/htdocs/squirrelmail-1.2.8
cd /home/httpd/htdocs/squirrelmail-1.2.8
./configure |

| Yeah I actually downloaded the 1.29 version and did the exact same thing. Works great too. I am so happy with gentoo and linux as a whole. |

| I formatted my comp a day after put up the post... foolish me.. there is a solution.. I wont be able to try it for a while, but from what Claus said, thanks Tucs =) |
