Salve gente,
da qualche settimana ho reinstallato tutto su reiser4, dopo aver usato reiserfs 3.6 per circa un anno.
Sara' forse a causa di qualche problema mio, ma tutto mi sembra piu' lento.
Ho provato diversi kernel, mm-sources, nitro-sources, gentoo-sources patchati ma nulla da fare, le applicazioni sono molto piu' lente di prima a partire e cercano, leggono e scrivono molto di piu' sull'HD, con i rallentamenti che ne conseguono.
Qualcuno ha riscontrato problemi simili?

hai abilitato qualche opzione di debug? potrebbe essere facilmente quello...

Si fedliallalinea e' attivo e ad essere sincero ottengo anche dei buoni risultati da hdparm:

Timing cached reads: 2500 MB in 2.00 seconds = 1248.94 MB/sec
Timing buffered disk reads: 120 MB in 3.05 seconds = 39.40 MB/sec

Sono partito da zero, backuppando un paio di cose su un dvd, e poi ho copiato un apio di cartelle tipo le Mail ecc. Niente di sistema cmq.
