HighPoint raid trouble

ok I have got a serious problem here with my HPraid controller (hp372N)
onboard on my DFI lanparty motherboard

When I compile the kernel with the controller support and software raid support, the computer hangs when I reboot it.
It boots but it is taking forever.

As you see there is a lot lost interupts there, thats when it hangs.

If I enable the controller support as a module it segfaults when I load it.

My current kernel is gentoo-2.6.8-R7

PS. If I boot up with the Live CD-2004-2 (with smp kernel) it starts perfectly....

Anyone that can help????
