Ciao a tutti,
ho installato ClamAV su un server di posta e avrei la necessità di installare clamSMTP. Sul sito vi è un ebuid già pronto, ma quando lo provo ad installare mi dice che non lo trova nel tree di portage...
C'è qualcuno che ha già fatto tale operazione ????

Serve a definire un albero di ebuild "alternativo" in cui inserire i tuoi ebuild. Tali ebuild non verranno cancellati in una successiva operazione di sync.
man portage per ulteriori informazioni.

Ok...
mi sono informato sulla guida ufficiale, ho impostato la variabile PORTDIR_OVERLAY che punta nella dir del build, ma quando do emerge clamsmtp mi dice che non trova nulla!!! |

/usr/local/portage e' il portage overlay di default..
serve per capire se hai messo i file nel posto giusto...e sa hai dato il nome giusto

ahhhh ho capito adesso ....grazie
però avevo impostato la variabile PORTDIR_OVERLAY per il portage personale....bohh
cmq... ho creato la directory in questione e vi ho inserito i miei ebuild; ma lo stesso non mi vede gli ebuild nella dir |
