simple qmail pop3 setup?

I just want to be able to receive emails, I do _NOT_ want to send any e-mails through my server

is there any easy way to accomplish this?

when we can receive e-mails (i.e. regular users on the server), I can much easier configure the server, taking my time. but now I just want to get it up so I don't miss any important e-mails.

any simple guide to this or what?

I've emerged qmail, but I have NO IDEA how to start it.
