Sarò cieco ma nn riesco a trovare nel menu di configurazione come compilare il modulo bttv (che mi serve per la mia scheda tv bt878).. eppure mi pareva che una volta l'avevo messo (ma forse ero con il 2.4) e poi spulciando tra il sorgento ho visto un bttv.c
Forse sono cieco ma qualcuno mi sa dire dove andare a recuperare sto modulo? 
ps: se vado su device drivers>multimedia devices>video for linux>digital video broadcasting devices>dvb for linux c'è un "supported bt878 adapters" ma è vuoto...

No non sei cieco . Devi andare in device drivers>multimedia devices>video for linux>Video For Linux e attivare una di queste carte

che devi selezionare. Fatto questo in

Ho provato anche i nitro-sources basati sul 2.6.9-rc3 ma è uguale

E' normale sono basati tutti su vanilla e quel modulo c'e' anche nei vanilla se non sbaglio

Si ma intendevo che se fosse stato un bug del 2.6.8 nel 2.6.9-rc3 avrebbero dovuto correggerlo..
