ofcourse we know there are far too many debian users than gentoos. Also, I do think Mandrake is a fine distro and many people who switch to linux from windows start with Mandrake and don't really see any reason to leave mandrake for anything else. They have their good reasons for that. But, I see one more distro that can upset Mandrake's position, that is Ubuntu. I have tried it and I am impressed with it's finesse, that is also coming from a non commercial linux distribution.
And then, we got to be better than Redhat .. right ? |

Mandrake is probably the *best* Newbie/Desktop Linux distro around. |
