Hello,
I'm new to all the gentoo and linux thing, so please be patient with me 
I've installed gentoo on a pentium 4 PRESCOTT lga775, and i can't run SIM-ICQ. It crashes as soon as i get a message (usually). It sometimes holds on longer, but mostly it's only a minute after starting it.
I tried variuos kernels, and various configurations. it just did no good!! always the same problem.
I'm using kde3.3.0.
I'm asking it here, because i think it's something wrong with my config. other people, have sim and it runs just fine. Aslo, i tried SIM0.8.3, and it worked.. all newer versions crash.
