What motherboard would inhouse the most loving and caring way an AMD Athlon 64 3500+ CPU. Why do they make a 939 socket processor if noone has a cool mb to it?
It must have dual ddr slots.
ASUS SK8N NFORCE3 has 940 sockets. Is it compatible to the above mentioned cpu?
Maybe someone could suggest an url on witch a certain cpu has mached motherboards, or vice versa...

939 and 940 are not compatible
look at finding a gigabyte MB. it is another quality brand just like ASUS. I never have problems with gigabyte boards. |

EDIT: do you plan on gaming with this board? if so, wait for the new asus' with the new nvidia chip, and prolly a stable 2.7.0 with stable ck8-04 support and PCIe
