voila suite a une legere modifictation materiel, j ai modifier mon make.conf pour que maintenant il prenne en charge de nouvelles options. comment recompiller tous mes programmes installer sans cette option.

en clair, je profite maintenant du xinerama. donc j ai plein de chose compiller en -xinerama et je voudrais les recompiller avec xinerama cette fois

emerge system
emerge world

ses 2 commandes vont recompiler tous les paquets...

essaie avec --pretend tu verra les R a gauche indiquant un "re-emerge"

avec portage 2.0.51 (~x86) tu peut faire :

emerge --newuse world

qui recompile les paquets dont les use flags ont été modifiés.

1 - un emerge system avant ou après un emerge world ne sert à rien (system est un sous ensemble de world) ;
2 - si tu fais emerge world tu ne recompileras que les paquets explicitement émergés, pas leurs dépendences implicites.

Le emerge -e world, recompile également les dépendances ?

Sinon le --newuse ne peut pas être couplé avec le --emptytree ? Ca serait pas mal héhé

Ca fait comme si tout ce que tu avais c'etait glibc et ca recompile tout.
