Email woun't recieve from outside server

I am having some problems with qmail. I followed the qmail/vpopmail howto in the Handbook. After a reboot, the email stopped receiving emails from the network and internet. How do I fix this error?

For some reason, I can't locate the error logs. They aren't in the /var/log directory.

If that is the same as running /etc/init.d/svscan start, then yes.

Any luck on this?

I'm running into this problem, and have tried everything I could find to resolve the issue, with no luck.

I've even un-merged qmail, qmail-scanner, and clamav, then reinstalled them. Still getting this damn error. I did try to run the qmail-scanner-queue.pl -z as well. I also tried adding the clamav user account to the qscand group, and a bunch of other things I have found online... still no luck.

Frustation - 1, me - 0
