CIAO a tutti ragazzi mi serve una mano vi prego....finalmente moto tempo dopo l'installazione di gentoo ho deciso di fare un "emerge sync" ed un "emerge -u world" perfetto....finito il tutto ho fatto un "etc-update" e possibilmente avro sminkiato qualkosina...tanto è vero che nn mi parte piu X...da premettere ceh uso xorg....il codice generato cmq è: | Code: |

la mia skeda video è una integrata SIS 650....non penso cmq sia un problema inerente alla mia configurazione di xorg.conf in quanto prima di fare l'emerge -u world come scritto precedentemente ho fatto una sorta di backup dei file piu importanti......tanto è vero che nn appena X nn mi partiva ho copiato il file di backup xorg.conf su /etc/X11 perche pensavo fosse quello il problema ma nn era quello infatti nn mi partiva lo stesso....il problema penso che stia quando (come chiarito all'inizio del post) quando ho fatto l'etc-update dove possibilmente avro fatto qualke aggiornamento che nn doveva essere fatto e quindi mi è andato a puttane  tutto quello che avevo fatto....spero di esserti stato d'aiuto...lo spero proprio...anche perche nn vorrei installare tutto di nuovo....troppi programmi da installare, il sistema di base, X (circa 3 ore di compilazione), mi secco veraemente....ovviamente sarebbe la strada piu semplice da prendere ma nn mi sembra il caso...quindi aspetto molti suggerimenti.....(ovviamente nn solo da "fedeliallalinea", o forse devo pensare che è l'unico ok di questo forum?)! nn credo....lo spero piu che altro...!ovviamente fedeliallalinea ti ringrazio moltissimo per essere stato l'unico ad esserti interessato al mio problema!
