bye bye direct rendering

I put in 2.6.9-ck1 and it runs like an angel..... except..... rendering is gone. Hehehe, OOPS. This is on an ATI Radeon 9700 128mb that had it working in 2.6.8.1-ck9 so yeah.... hope nobody has my same bad luck

I'm running 2.6.9-cko1, which includes the same patches, and everything is still working fine. Whatever is wrong should be fixable, so post the errors you're getting here.
