Ich weiss das schon viele Themen über diese TV karte gepostet worden sind. Aber ich bekomme es einfach nicht hin sie zum laufen zu bringen.
Nun meine Frage hat einer diese Karte unter Gentoo ( Kernel 2.6.7 ) am laufen??? 
Ich habe schon alles versucht mit Kernel Patches und co. Aber nichts wollte so richtig gehen.
Ich würde mich freuen wenn ich Hilfe bekommen würde.

Ab Kernel 2.6.10 scheint der Tuner der Avermedia 771 integriert.
Daher kein patchen mehr nötig. |

Es hat nicht zufällig jemand eine channels.conf von Köln?
Habe zwar die Avermedia zum laufen bekommen. (glaube ich zumindest, jedenfalls werden die Module korrekt geladen, die Karte von dmesg korrekt erkannt etc.) aber ich bekomme einfach keine channels.conf erstellt.
Trotz dieser initialen Config findet tzap nichts.

Bei mir tuts das nur als "GENERIC".

Probier es mal so:

So lade ich das Modul jedenfalls bei mir, siehe auch mt312.c

Wenn du willst kann ich dir die Aktuelle Channel.conf per Mail schicken !!!!
Oder du erzeugst dir mit den Linuxtv Utils dir selber die Channel.conf
Aber dafür musst du dir eine Conf für das Scan tool bauen !!!!
Hier sind die Daten:

Ja, schick mir die mal bitte.
Irgendwie bin ich zu blöd mir selbst eine zu erstellen. 
Ich bekomm das nicht hin.
