I live in Russia, Moscow
I work in the company, which designs and sells computers
MS Windows is one operational system, which will be installed
on these computers.
We consider an opportunity of installation alternative OS - Linux OS.
One of hypothetical variants is Gentoo Linux.
What we should make to prepare legal and legislative aspects of such opportunity?

Nothing.
Gentoo is licensed under the GNU GPL, meaning nobody needs permission from anybody to install, build, or run it.

OK
The following question - let's consider a situation:
we sell 1000 computers, on which Gentoo is installed .
After that there are private persons or organizations, which speak,
that situation is illegal.
They present the judicial claim for illegitimacy of the copyrights.
Whether such situation is possible?
:-)

No, impossible.
That's what I told you the first time.
Read the GPL, then Google for a few explanations of exactly what it means for commercial sales of GPL software.

The only thing you are required to do if the sources to the software you sell (Gentoo in this case) are not publicly available, is to provide the sources to the clients when they ask you for them.
But since Gentoo is publicly available on dozens of mirrors all over the world you are not required to provide them with anything but a working Gentoo distribution.

You may sell Gentoo-installed computers without any form of obligation to the Gentoo project whatsoever, except the obvious: you may not claim you wrote it, and you may not deny them the right to sell or give it away to others.
