I would like to dual boot windoze and gentoo on my machine, but not in seperate partitions (well, i will if this is necessary), but on seperate hard drives. I have two 200GB HDs and I want one of them to run windoze, and I want windoze to not even recognize the second gentoo HD (thus preventing any possible mishaps).

How do I go about doing this? Should I unplug the second HD during the Windoze installation? Will that keep it from recognizing the second HD for the rest of it's time?

thanks!
