I've been having a rather annoying problem for a while now. It's not a big problem, just a pain. I'm not sure what program is doing it, but some program is creating null files in my home directory with very odd names (ie "tÙý¿¾^Q^HPÚý¿") Also, I've noticed that there is either 3 or 4 different names like that, that keep coming back.
I was wondering if there is someway for me to find out what program is doing this?
Leikor
Edit: The three that I'm seeing the most are: Code: |
tÙý¿¾^Q^HPÚý¿
×ý¿¾^Q^HpØý¿\ Ùý¿
¤×ý¿¾^Q^HØý¿0Ùý¿ |

That could be, I know I had amule and xmule at the time, but I don't know which one I was using. But actually I've replaced some hardware, so I decided to rebuild a new gentoo box.
Thanks though,
