Ersteinmal möchte ich allen hier nochmal Danken, gentoo wäre ohne die geniale community nur halb so genial 
dann zu meinem problem:
Ich habe ein stage 1 sys mit kde und allem was man halt so braucht. Ausser k3b, obwohl dass eigentlich genial ist (und langsam auch ziemlich wichtig, da ich kein windoofs sys mehr drauf hab um zu brennen). beim emergen von k3b bricht es immer ab und zwar mit:

Auch wenn du es eh schon weisst: Bitte lass das in Zukunft bleiben - und lies die Forenregeln am Besten gleich nochmal.

ja ich habe kde mit USE="-arts" emerged, aber tut das was zur sache, afaik gibt es doch nen kdb noarts patch, der automatisch applyed wird...
Zusatz: Wenn ich die normalen sourcen kompiliere, gehts auch nicht

ich kenne die forumsregeln, deswegen hab ich mich ja auch wegen dem verstoss entschuldigt. |

Es scheinen wohl noch andere Probleme mit k3b zu haben, wenn kde mit -arts gebaut wurde. Ich bin mir sicher eine Suche im Forum bringt noch weitere Threads zu dem Thema zu Tage.
Sorry, aber ich habe den Eindruck, du wirst nicht umhinkommen noch mal ein paar Sachen mit arts zu installieren, aber vielleicht findet sich ja noch eine andere Lösung.

danke für die infos. k3b und compile problem hat keine ergebnisse gebracht. (ich hätte nicht gedacht, dasses was macht wennich kde ohne arts bau... aber naja dann mach ich halt mal rebuild tree, ich bin jung, ich hab zeit.)

Hättest Du gleich was von "-arts" erzählt, statt es oben in deinen USE-Flags aufzuführen, wäre es ganz schnell gegangen...  |
