Anyone know if this is available yet or when it will be ?
I can see an upgrade available to rc1 but it isn't rc2 :( |

When it's ready? 
There is no hard-and-fast release date for anything -- because Gentoo is developed by volunteers, everything depends on how much time the developers have to donate at any particular point.
Maybe I should add this to my standard answers...
