Gentoo nicht in Grub

Hi alle..

Hab ein kleines problem. Hab grad Gentoo installiert, und hat alles so weit geklappt, wie's im handbuch steht. Nun, kam ich an den punkt des neustartens. Ich hab folgendes Problem; ich seh wohl mein windows noch, aber gentoo ist nicht mal ein eintrag vorhanden. Ich weiss echt ned was das sein könnte.

grub.conf sieht so aus;
default 0
timeout 30
splashimage=(hd0,1)/grub/splash.xpm.gz

title=gentoo
root (hd0,1)
kernel /kernel-2.6.9-gentoo-r1 root=/dev/ram0 init=/linuxrc real_root=/dev/hda4
initrd /initrd-2.6.9-gentoo-r1

title=WindowsXP
root (hd0,0)
makeactive
chainloader +1

Hab echt keine Ahnung warum mir gentoo nicht angezeigt wird. Hab spontan auch nix gefunden im Internet. Hat wer von euch eine Idee?

Partition 1: NTFS & windows xp
partition 2: /boot
partition 3: swap
partition 4: /

Ist das so OK mit dem = hinter title? Bei mir steht z. B. nur

title und titel sind halt nicht das gleiche
