Where is Reiser4 support? I emerged both of the kernels and neither have support for it. WTF? |

I'm pretty sure mm-sources has it, but I'm not sure about gentoo-dev-sources. I think you have to disable 4k stacks in Kernel Hacking in order for it to show up. |

I was wonderingt too... On boot I got a bunch of "reiser4 not supported by kernel" messages when I copied the .config from 2.6.9-rc4-mm1 to 2.6.9-mm1.
I'll write in a few when I figure out how to flip the right option to enable it. |

First:
2.6.9-Nitro1 ebuild and patch:
http://www.sepi.be/nitro/
*remember to build a new digest once you copy the ebuild to /usr/portage/sys-kernel/nitro-sources
If you'd like to use the -mm1 patchset (mm-sources) then you need to find out how to enable the option (the source is still in the patchset).... I wasn't able to.
I'm not exactly thrilled about using nitro-sources, but for now I'll deal with it. |
