i use 2 hard disks. one is small and the other is newer, faster, and larger. i checked hdparm and the small disk has 32 bit support and unmaskirq enabled. these are both disabled on the big disk. 32-bit sounds better will it help to enable it? is there any risk to my data?

Code:

hdparm -d1c1u1m16 <insert device here>

This works fine and is safe.
