I'd like to use Rhythmbox with Xine, however:

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

[ebuild R ] media-sound/rhythmbox-0.8.8 -debug -faad -flac +mad +oggvorbis +pda 2,378 kB

x1000 stew # |
There doesn't seem to be any USE flag that allows me to select Xine over Gstreamer. Is there any way around this? |

looks like they commented out the line that adds xine as a
USE flag in the rhythmbox ebuild.

you could uncomment the line and comment out the other one,
although they probably did it for a reason.
edit:
looks like there's other stuff commented out in the ebuild also.
you may need to mess with the ebuild a little to make it work. |
