|

Hi,
I'm using xfce-4.1.0.5 and I really like it and I'm curious about the new version. One problem I've got is my keyboard. In KDE I use the switcher to change between german and italian layout. When I found the xkb-switcher-applet for xfce I thought it might be similar but I find no way to configure it properly. Initially it had an US-layout. Then I tried two times but without success.
First
Code: | Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Keyboard0"
Driver "keyboard"
Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
Option "XkbLayout" "de"
Option "XkbVariant" "it"
EndSection |
Then
Code: | Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Keyboard0"
Driver "keyboard"
Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
Option "XkbLayout" "de"
Option "XkbVariant" "nodeadkeys"
Option "XkbLayout" "it"
EndSection |
I got only the german layout. Is there a possibilty of configuring it the way it does the job I need, or an alternative?
Thanks in advance.

Change: Option "XkbLayout" "de"
To: Option "XkbLayout" "de,us"
