cgiemail with encryption

I am looking into using cgiemail (http://web.mit.edu/wwwdev/cgiemail/user.html) with gpg. I have heard that it can be done in the past. Now for the life of me I can not remember where I heard it and have googled the issue with no results. The results all come up with the consept of gpg and how it install and use it.

Now if cgiemail can not be used while encrypting what would you suggest to use to take the place of ASPencrypt (from the maker of ASPmail).
